1. Ticket Purchase and Payment
1.1. By purchasing a ticket for our event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.2. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Ticket Transfer Policy
2.1. Tickets are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
2.2. To transfer a ticket, please contact our customer support team with the details of the original ticket holder and the new attendee’s information. Email [email protected]
3. Non-Attendance and Credit Policy
3.1. If you have purchased a General Admission ticket and are unable to attend or transfer it, you may receive a credit towards enrollment in our 2025 course titled "Revolving to Evolving."
3.2. To claim this credit, please contact our customer support team up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Email [email protected]
3.3. If you purchase a Premier Pass ticket and cannot attend, you will receive two enrollments (one for yourself and one for a guest) in our 2025 course titled "Revolving to Evolving."
3.5. Both enrollments must be claimed and used for the "Revolving to Evolving" course in 2025. Enrollments are non-transferable to other courses or events.
4. Course Enrollment from Credit
4.1. Enrollments or credits towards the "Revolving to Evolving" course must be used within the designated 2025 course period.
4.2. Detailed information on the "Revolving to Evolving" course, including schedules and content, will be provided upon enrollment.
