How do you want to remember your life? Will you look back with a sense of fulfillment, knowing you have lived each day to the fullest, have chased the dreams others thought were unattainable, and have embraced your true self with unwavering sincerity?
Or will you look back with regret, noticing the opportunities you didn't seize, the connections you missed, the relationships you turned away from, and realizing that you didn't show up as your most authentic self…
And maybe that’s because you never found a way to express who you truly are… or perhaps never figured out who you want to be?
As Dr. Eger says, "You can choose how you live now. My precious, you can choose to be free.” What will you choose?
